- We are Licensed General Contractors, with a 80 years of combined experience. We have two Licensed Certified Thermographer, on our staff along with Drone Pilots for High Rise work. This enables us to Quantify and Qualify, the damages set forth in our estimates and reports. We have Certified Matterport Techs, Expert estimating using True Plan which is the image to the left. After we Matterport a
- peril we upload it to Matterports website. They send us the virtual walk through back. We then have the option to order a True Plan, which they send us and we import it into Xactimate. This software gives us the EXACT Dimensions and leaves no room for errors. The dimensions are 99.5% accurate vs. 66% when field measured. We have the best Appraisers and Umpires which have worked on both sides of the spectrum. We can also provide Expert Witnesses, for all of our services.
